Holland Tunnel: Repaving North and South Tubes

Project Location: Jersey City, NJ & Manhattan, NY

Project Highlights: The principal items of work include: Replacement of (7) cross drains at the New York and New Jersey Portal, Pavement Milling, 2” Deep, applying an Asphaltic Bonding Coat on the milled surface and placement of Hot Mix Asphalt in both the North and South Tubes during weekend closures.
