Frank Criscola, Jr.
President & COO, Crisdel Group, Inc.

Frank Criscola Jr., is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Crisdel Group Inc., a leading provider for civil construction services. He is responsible for the strategic planning and management of daily operations of Crisdel Group.

Frank has accumulated over 20 years of experience as a heavy construction laborer, project superintendent, project manager and estimator. Frank is a member of the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA) of New Jersey where he currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors. He also serves on the UTCA/NJAPA Joint Task Force Committee with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for research and development of new pavement specifications. In addition, Frank serves as an advisor on a committee developing the formation of New Jersey Construction Industry Partnership (NJCIP) which is a strategic alliance of the four largest trade associations: AGC, CAA, NJAPA and UTCA serving the heavy highway and utility construction industry.

Frank earned his bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Boston University School of Management. He also holds an Asphalt Pavement Construction Certificate from the New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technologists.
