Frank Criscola, Jr., Appointed to UTCA NJ Board
South Plainfield, NJ, August 19, 2003 - Crisdel Group, Inc.,
is pleased to announce that its Executive Vice President,
Frank Criscola, Jr., has been appointed to the Board of Directors
for the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association
(UTCA) of New Jersey. The appointment was made by the board
at its July meeting.
Criscola attended Boston University School of Management,
earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. As
Vice President of Crisdel Group, he is responsible for daily
operations as well as new business development and human
resources management.
Crisdel is based in South Plainfield,
NJ, and serves clients throughout New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania,
and the New York metropolitan area. Over more than 30 years,
the company has built a solid reputation as a quality-driven
contractor in the industrial, commercial, and public/civic
sectors, with projects of all sizes. Its services include
(but are not limited to) asphalt paving, civil construction
of electrical and communications systems, concrete paving,
concrete structures, excavation, milling, sanitary sewer
and waterline construction, and storm drainage.
A non-profit trade association headquartered in Wall, NJ,
the UTCA is the state chapter of two national construction
organizations: the American Road and Transportation Builders
Association (ARTBA) and the National Utility Contractors
Association (NUCA). UTCANJ currently has approximately 1,200
member firms in all phases of construction in the public
and private sectors throughout New Jersey.
On behalf of its membership, the UTCA strives to improve
working conditions through legislative and regulatory matters,
safety training, labor relations, specifications development,
group cost-saving programs, and individual problem solving.
The NJ chapter has received seven national awards in the
past decade for its work on behalf of the construction industry.
