Frank F. Criscola is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crisdel Group Inc., a leading provider for civil construction services. He is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic planning of Crisdel Group. Frank formed Crisdel Group, Inc. in 1968 with two partners. The company quickly built a solid reputation as a quality-driven paving subcontractor to various general contractors in the industrial and commercial sectors. After several years in industrial and commercial paving, Crisdel Group expanded its operations to serve the public sector in addition to its private sector clients. Frank acquired the company from his partners in 1977 and since further expanded operations to serve all aspects of the civil construction industry. In addition to his duties at Crisdel Group, Frank has served the New Jersey construction industry as a past member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association (NJAPA) and in 2009 was inducted into in the NJAPA Hall of Fame. Frank attended Newark College of Engineering, where he studied Civil Engineering. He holds an Asphalt Pavement Construction Certificate from the New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technologists.

Frank A. Criscola is President & COO of Crisdel Group, Inc and is responsible for the strategic planning and management of daily operations at Crisdel. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Criscola oversees the following Departments: Accounting, Contract Administration, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Equipment and Vehicle Fleet Maintenance, Estimating, Finance, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing.
Mr. Criscola has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the heavy highway construction industry and has served in various capacities for Crisdel Group, including, but not limited to: Executive Vice President, Estimator, Project Manager, Project Superintendent and construction laborer.
Frank is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management.
In additional to his educational certificates, Mr. Criscola holds a Certified General Contractor’s License issued by the State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulation (License No. CGC1524247) and has earned a certificate as an Asphalt Paving Construction Technologists issued by the New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technologists.
Mr. Criscola is a current board member of the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey (UTCA), where he had served as President of the organization from 2009 to 2010. In addition to his responsibilities as a UTCA Board Member, Mr. Criscola continues to represents the UTCA and the construction industry as a representative of the Asphalt Paving subcommittee, the NJDOT subcommittee, the NJ Turnpike Authority subcommittee and as Chairman of the NJ Department of Labor task force subcommittee.
Outside of the construction industry, Mr. Criscola is an active member of the Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company, where he is currently serving its member as President.

Michael J. Criscola is the Executive Vice President of Crisdel Group Inc., a leading provider for civil construction services. Michael is responsible for project management, customer relations and business development in addition to, assisting in the daily operations of the company. Michael has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has served in various capacities for Crisdel, including; Project Manager, Project Superintendent and heavy construction laborer. In addition to his responsibilities with Crisdel, Michael is currently a Heavy Highway Representative on the Board of Trustees for the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey (ACC of NJ). In addition, Michael currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Asphalt Paving Association (NJAPA) and as a Trustee for the Construction Industry Advancement Program (CIAP of NJ). Michael represents Crisdel, ACC, NJAPA, CIAP and the construction industry as a member of various task forces and committees for the respective trade organizations in which he serves.Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Rollins College. He holds an Asphalt Pavement Construction Certificate from the New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technologists.
