On a recently completed project for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, the Crisdel Group changed six manual toll lanes into four high speed E-Z Pass lanes at Exit 18W. Due to a tight time frame of only two months, as well as the politics involved with the $3.7 million project, the contractor, numerous subcontractors, engineers and the NJ Turnpike needed extraordinary coordination on the site.
